INVOKE undertook a strategic master planning review including feasibility and re-design seeking to achieve the highest and best use on the site. INVOKE achieved a development consent for 302 apartments and 100 place childcare centre. INVOKE undertook the subdivision works and sale of the childcare centre and is currently preparing the stage 2 development of 70 apartments.
